Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Reticle's website, SDK, MCP server, and related services (the "Services"), operated by [Your Company]. By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
The Services
Reticle gives AI coding agents a way to verify a running application, a dev-only SDK and MCP server, plus any hosted features we offer. Some components are open source under their stated licenses; the open-source terms govern that code, and these Terms govern the hosted and commercial Services.
Accounts
You are responsible for your account, for keeping credentials secure, and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it current.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Services to violate any law or third-party right;
- attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer, or circumvent the Services' security or usage limits;
- resell or provide the Services to third parties except as expressly permitted;
- use the Services to test applications you are not authorized to test.
Plans, billing, and trials
Paid plans are billed in advance on the cadence shown at purchase. Fees are stated exclusive of taxes unless noted. Trials, if offered, convert to paid plans unless cancelled before the trial ends. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
Your data and responsibilities
You retain all rights to your applications, source, and data. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions to test the applications you point Reticle at, and for complying with the policies of any third-party services involved.
Intellectual property
The Services, including our trademarks, content, and non-open-source software, are owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services per these Terms.
Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that a verdict will catch every possible defect.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, and our total liability arising out of the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if required to protect the Services. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be communicated through the Services or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of [your jurisdiction], without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and disputes will be resolved in the courts of [your venue].
